Shipping and Returns
We ship our products from Irvine, CA. We typically send products via US Postal Service. We are pretty fast at responding to orders and in many cases we ship products same day or next day if received before 2:00 pacific time. We do not ship orders on Sundays. In addition to order confirmations, we provide shipping tracking information.
Typical Time to Receive Orders
- West Coast: 1-3 business days
- Central US: 2-4 business days
- East Coast: 2-6 business days
In some cases we ship 2-day shipping at no additional cost if the US Postal Service offers a cost effective option for your ship to location.
Note: Please contact us if you have a deadline or require expedited shipping, shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or other countries before placing your order.
Fortunately customers love our products; returns are rare at Skyflux. We try very hard to make our customers pleased. However, in case you order too many or the wrong size, or if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns for any item in new and unused condition purchased up to 30 days from date of purchase for replacement item or refund. Sadly we cannot refund shipping costs (unless we made an error with the order.) Please contact the Skyflux team for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping instructions prior to returning any products. Customers are responsible for any return packaging and shipping fees. Returns sent to us without an RMA# will be rejected. Skyflux may assess a 15% restocking fee if the original product packaging is not in new/unused condition. Damaged products or used bath bomb products may not be returned or refunded.
